ELVRA (End of Life Vehicle Recycling Association) is a industry/trade organisation setup by a handful of individuals in the Manchester area. The organisation is to promote the correct and lawful way to scrap a vehicle and what licenses the 'scrapper' must hold.

The website constist of a few pages outlining the ways to scrap a car however, deeper into the website there is a members area for the ELVRA members that holds news items, pictures, documents and videos from various sources. As ELVRA is growing more and more places are publising that they are part of the organisation, the association is also urging the DVLA to enforce their own regulations more effectively.

The members are has a matching administration panel for the admins to control the content. (CMS).

Future spinoff websites from ELVRA are planned in the near future.
